Continuous Education in the Real Estate Market has enabled me to proficiently advise my clients and assure them that I have the ability to help the throughout this very important decision making process.  Enriching my knowledge base with additional Designations such as becoming a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI)  which is a Nationally recognized Designation, held by a select group of Realtors.   The SFR designation has enabled me to assist with the tools to help those facing the decision of Short sale or Foreclosure.  Dawn stay's involved at the Committee's such as Professional Standards, a group of Realtors that are specifically trained in hearing Ethic & Arbitration issues that arise within the Real Estate Community.
